Implementations
The Implementation phase is where learning solutions are delivered to their intended audience. This includes publishing content to an LMS, preparing facilitators to deliver training, conducting pilots, launching communications, and supporting learners through their first experience with the material. While many implementation decisions — such as delivery modality, platform selection, and facilitator preparation — are made during earlier phases of the design process, this is where those plans are executed and put to the test. The artifacts in this section reflect the operational side of instructional design: the systems used to deliver content, the quality assurance processes that ensured readiness before launch, and the train-the-trainer materials that enabled consistent delivery across facilitators and locations.

ADDIE Project Rubric — A development standards checklist spanning all five ADDIE phases, used during implementation to verify that each project milestone — from audience research through evaluation planning — was complete and documented before launch. Functioned as both a project management checkpoint and a quality assurance framework.

Adapted QM Rubric — An adaptation of the Quality Matters standards framework for technical education, used as a pre-launch quality gate to validate courses before they reached learners. Covers eight dimensions including learning objectives, assessment alignment, instructional materials, accessibility, and learner support — ensuring every course met a consistent standard before publishing.

Comprehensive QA — Narrative Format — A collection of pre-launch quality reviews conducted across multiple technical training courses, each scored on two dimensions: a Quality Score assessing the learner experience, and an ADDIE Score evaluating adherence to instructional design standards. Each review I performed includes specific, constructive feedback on objectives alignment, activity design, assessment strategy, and delivery readiness — demonstrating a structured, rubric-driven QA process applied before courses went live.

Facilitator Guide — A 75-page train-the-trainer resource created to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of a blended cognitive safety workshop across multiple facilitators and locations. The guide equipped facilitators with everything needed to deliver independently — scripting, activity instructions, timing, debrief prompts, room setup, materials checklists, and embedded eLearning references — enabling the program to scale enterprise-wide without relying on the original designer to be in the room.

Learning Technology Stack — For a global online educational program, delivery required three platforms working together: Moodle as the primary LMS for course management and enrollment, SharePoint as a Faculty Community of Practice centralizing content and resources, and AWS S3 for hosting interactive modules. I designed it to work within the university's existing infrastructure while giving a three-person ID team the operational reach to support approximately 60 online courses and their adjunct faculty.
